On November 8, 2006, ZAP (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock has been approved for quotation on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”) maintained by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. The Company’s common stock will trade under the symbol “ZAAP.”

A copy of the press release announcing the quotation on the OTCBB is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
