The Registrant is unable to timely file without unreasonable effort or expense its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended August 31, 2007. The Registrant has not been able to finish the financial statements and have all proper parties review them prior to the due date. The Registrant intends to file the Form 10-QSB by the extension date.
