Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 29, 2008, Mr. Declan Daly was appointed to the position of President of Isolagen, Inc. (“Isolagen”). Mr. Daly, age 45, has served as Isolagen’s Chief Executive Officer since January 7, 2008, and as its Chief Financial Officer since June 2006. Mr. Daly’s biographical information is incorporated by reference from Isolagen’s Form 8-K filed January 8, 2008.
