Lynn M. Martin has resigned from the Board of Directors of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (“Constellation Energy”) in accordance with the mandatory retirement provision of Constellation Energy’s Corporate Governance Guidelines, effective December 31, 2009. Her resignation is not the result of a disagreement with Constellation Energy on any matter relating to Constellation Energy’s operations, policies or practices.
