On July 20, 2018, Rockwell Medical, Inc. , a Michigan corporation (the Company) held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the 2018 Annual Meeting). At the 2018 Annual Meeting, the Companys shareholders voted on the following proposals:
Proposal One: To approve amendments to the Companys Restated Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws to declassify the Companys Board of Directors. In accordance with the voting results listed below, the amendments to the Companys Restated Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws has not been approved.

Proposal Four: To ratify Plante & Moran, PLLC to serve as the Companys independent registered public accounting firm for its 2018 fiscal year. The advisory vote regarding the ratification of Plante & Moran, PLLC proceeded notwithstanding the fact that Plante & Moran, PLLC tendered its resignation to the Company in June. The Audit Committee is actively working to engage a new independent registered public accounting firm. As disclosed in the proxy statement for the 2018 Annual Meeting, the Audit Committee has the discretion to appoint a different independent registered public accounting firm at any time during the year. Voting results with respect to Proposal Four are listed below.
