Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
Pursuant to the Employment Agreement between the Company and Moshe Arkin, Mr. Arkin has provided timely written notice to the Company of his intention not to renew his Employment Agreement, such that he will terminate his employment as Vice Chairman and General Manager, Perrigo Global Generics and API, effective March 17, 2008. While he will cease to be an executive officer as of that date, Mr. Arkin will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
