On April 30, 2010, Neuralstem, Inc. (“Company”) announced that its stem cell treatment for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig’s disease) was featured on CNN.  A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
