Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ: OBAS) ("Optibase" or the "Company") hereby reports that further to its report on August 3, 2015 regarding the publication of a prospectus for the offering of non-convertible bonds to the public in Israel, the Company published today a complementary notice ("Complementary Notice") for the offering of up to NIS 60 million nominal value of non-convertible Series A Bonds (the "Bonds") in Israel by way of a public tender on the annual interest rate of the Bonds that will not exceed 6.9%. The public tender is scheduled for August 10, 2015. For details regarding the terms of the Bonds, see the Company's announcement dated August 3, 2015.
 
The Company received early commitments from institutional and classified investors to purchase NIS 48 million nominal value of Bonds in the public tender representing 80% of the total Bonds offered.
 
The public offering of the Bonds will be made in Israel to residents of Israel only. The Bonds will not be registered under the U.S Securities of Act of 1933, as amended, and will not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or applicable exemption from the registration requirements. This report shall not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to buy any Bonds.
