(1) The option exercise and sale reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. An additional exercise and sale of 10,000 shares will occur during the third quarter of 2007 pursuant to this trading plan so long as the stock price is $78.50 per share.
(2) This amount includes shares obtained through reinvested dividends since the Form 4 filed on 3/13/07.
