Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 10, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had closed on the sale of assets of its wholly owned subsidiary, Grand Prix Association of Long Beach, Inc., that were previously used to promote the Long Beach motorsports event.
