On February 5, 2008, the Board of Directors of Zebra Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) approved amendments to Article VI of the Amended and Restated By-laws of the Company (the “By-laws”), effective immediately, to provide additional clarification regarding uncertificated shares of its stock.
