On April 11, 2008, Avantair, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its sales of fractional aircraft shares during the fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
