On September 3, 2008, Kraft Foods Inc. (“Kraft”) issued a press release relating to its presentation to financial analysts at Lehman Brothers Back-To-School Consumer Conference. The press release included updated full-year 2008 earnings guidance and 2009 earnings guidance.
