(b) Effective February 17, 2009, Michelle Hunt resigned from the Board of Directors of Hewitt Associates, Inc., after nearly seven years of service. On behalf of the Hewitt Board, Russell P. Fradin, Chairman & CEO, thanked Ms. Hunt for her years of service as a Director.
