Jennifer Lowry to assume new position upon close of merger with Constellation

CHICAGO AND BALTIMORE (Feb. 1, 2012) – Exelon Corporation (NYSE: EXC) today announced the appointment of Jennifer Lowry, currently vice president and treasurer for Constellation Energy Group (NYSE: CEG), to the position of vice president, Generation Company Strategy, for the combined commercial business upon close of the merger. In her new role, Lowry will report to Kenneth W. Cornew, currently senior vice president, Exelon, and president of Power Team, who has been named executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Exelon, and president and CEO of Constellation.

Lowry will lead the function that is responsible for the thought leadership, project management and key strategic issues facing Exelon Generation. She will join the recently named members of the executive leadership team for the combined commercial business, who will assume their roles upon merger close.
