BankGuam Holding Company (the “Company”) hereby furnishes the following information:
At its meeting on February 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend. The Company issued a press release on February 26, 2016 regarding the dividend. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2016.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
