This Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K is deemed filed for all purposes under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
As previously set forth in the report on Form 6-K filed with the Commission on March 7, 2016, Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) announced its proposed aggregate ceiling on remuneration for directors as Agenda Item No. 2 for shareholders’ approval. Agenda Item No. 2 (Approval of the ceiling amount of remuneration for directors) is supplemented as below.
| • | The proposed aggregate ceiling on remuneration in fiscal year 2016 is increased by 0.4% compared to fiscal year 2015 in accordance with the Korean government’s 2016 guidelines on remuneration of directors of public enterprises. |
