Item 8.01.
At its meeting on November 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the holders of its common stock and a dividend payment to the holders of the Company’s 5.50% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Noncumulative Preferred Stock, Series A. The Company issued a press release on December 2, 2016 regarding the dividend payments. The dividends will be paid on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
