Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 11, 2018, BankGuam Holding Company (the “Company”) provided a letter to its shareholders regarding the delay of its 2018 annual meeting of shareholders while the Company works with its independent registered public accounting firm to complete the audit of the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
