North America Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of AngloGold USA Incorporated,
which is a wholly owned subsidiary of AngloGold North American Holdings Limited, which is a
wholly owned subsidiary of AngloGold American Investments Ltd, which is a wholly owned
subsidiary of AngloGold Limited, the parent holding company.

JOINT FILING AGREEMENT
In accordance with Rule 13d-1(k) promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of
1934, the undersigned agree to the joint filing of a Statement on Schedule 13G (including any
amendments thereto) with respect to the shares of Common Stock of Queenstake Resources Ltd.,
and further agree that this Joint Filing Agreement be included as an Exhibit thereto. In addition,
