(1) | Mr. Lloyd exercised on July 24, 2000, his options expiring December 21, 2005 for 8,600 shares, reported as owned in his Form 3 filed on April 20, 2000. He did not timely file a Form 4 regarding this exercise because the exercise occurred shortly after the company became public and the person responsible for administering the option did not realize that a filing was needed. Mr. Lloyd still owns the shares purchased as a result of this exercise. |
