COMMUNICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN RELATED PARTIES

 

Parties

Braskem S.A. (“Braskem” or “Issuer”) and Refinaria de Petróleo Riograndense Ltda. (“RPR”).

 

 

Relationship with the Issuer

 

 

Braskem holds a 33.33% interest in RPR voting capital and 33.20% of its total capital

 

 

 

Purpose

 

Purchase of gas oil is supplied by Braskem to the RPR through monthly supply contracts between the parties.

 

Main terms and conditions

The gas oil sales by Braskem to the RPR for use as raw material in its diesel production process. Due to the total amount of related transactions, communication it is necessary.

Date of execution of the agreement

July 25, 2017

Hardi Schuck is member of the Board of Directors of RPR.

The price charged by Braskem to RPR is referenced in the international market price (Platts Gasoil No. 2 USG Waterborne) remaining guaranteed commutative operation for both parties.
