On April 24, 2009, United Community Bancorp (the "Company") announced
its unaudited financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31,
2009. The press release announcing financial results for the three and nine
months ended March 31, 2009 is furnished with this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.

On April 23, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a
cash dividend on the Company's outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of
$0.10 per share will be paid on or about May 29, 2009 to stockholders of record
on May 11, 2009.

attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
