Effective on the opening of business on April 22, 2009, the Company’s common stock, which was previously traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol “FCMC.PK”, is now traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the new symbol “FCMC.OB”.
 
On April 24, 2009, the Company issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
