On March 4, 2014, Callon Petroleum Company (the “Company”) issued the news release, attached as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it has declared a cash dividend of $1.25 per share, on its 10.0% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock. A copy of the release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
