On August 5, 2009, Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. (the “Company”) made available its five-year strategic plan. The Company believes this presentation is useful to investors in that it provides general insight to the Company’s strategic goals. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
