Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 29, 2008, Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. (“Introgen”) issued a press release correcting certain information in the press release it issued on May 28, 2008, regarding the results of its ADVEXIN Phase III clinical trial data in patients with recurrent, refractory head and neck cancer. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
