(b) For reasons of health, Mary Jane Johnson announced her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company on February 2, 2008.
(d) On February 2, 2008, our Board of Directors unanimously appointed John M. Hill to the Board of Directors for a term that will expire at the Company’s next annual meeting. Mr. Hill currently serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer.
