Move expands Electiva Healthcare's portfolio of medical businesses

LONDON, UK / ACCESS Newswire / December 9, 2025 / Signature Medical Ltd, the operating company of Signature Clinic, has completed the strategic exit of Swift Surgical - its medical consumables and equipment subsidiary. Swift Surgical has been acquired by Electiva Healthcare for an undisclosed sum.

The divestment allows Signature Clinic to focus on its core mission: scaling safe, high-quality cosmetic surgery across its national clinic network.

Swift Surgical is an importer of medical consumables with key product lines such as gowns, drapes, gauze, electrosurgical pencils. Swift also manufactures a range of medical equipment including CO2 lasers and RF Microneedling devices. Swift have outsourced its logistics and distribution channels to UK partners.

Electiva Healthcare has been expanding its range of services across the UK and working with multiple partner clinics and hospitals over the last 12 months.
