Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions Leader Wins Executive Award, Celebrates Record Year for Industry Recognition

Raja Sengupta, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, has been named Information Services Technology Executive of the Year, 2021, by The New World Report. The market-leading provider of enterprise legal spend and matter management, contract lifecycle management and legal analytics solutions has also won a number of other industry awards, ensuring a record year for industry recognition.

Sengupta joined Wolters Kluwer in 2012, leading CT Small Business unit before heading its Lien Solutions business. In May 2021 he became General Manager of ELM Solutions. Before joining Wolters Kluwer Sengupta served as General Manager at American Express leading its Merchant Financing business. He started his career as a management consultant in Mitchell Madison Group’s New York office. Subsequently, as global head of Banking & Financial Services Practices at Inductis LLC (now part of EXL Service), he played a critical role in the firm’s growth, positioning it as a reputable player in big data analytics.
