Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation Wins Industry Plaudits for UCC Hub

Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation, the leading global provider of due diligence and entity compliance solutions, has won two independently judged awards which celebrate the success of its UCC Hub solution. The New World Report has named the solution its Legal Technology Innovation of the Year, in its widely followed Legal Elite Awards, 2021. Corporate Vision magazine, meanwhile, has named UCC Hub its Legal Technology Launch of the Year Award in its competitive Technology Innovator Awards, 2021.

The magazines are both published by AI Global Media, which was founded in 2010. Its awards programs are all free to enter and entirely based on merit, taking into account client satisfaction and evidence of a consistent commitment to industry innovation.

UCC Hub was also recently named a winner in the Governance, Risk and Compliance Innovation category of the 2021 Golden Bridge Awards. The UCC Hub solution integrates award-winning compliance solutions IntelliChart and UCC e-filing to create a seamless and standardized end-to-end UCC workflow. By automating tedious tasks associated with due diligence charting, UCC filing, and portfolio management, law firms save valuable time, minimize the risk of errors associated with rekeying, and avoid costly delays and unnecessary expenditures. Additionally, an engaging and intuitive interface encourages user participation across an organization, with limited training or technology expertise needed.

“Our team works tirelessly to keep our clients compliant in an ever-evolving regulatory environment. UCC Hub is used by our clients who need a platform to manage the UCC workflow from end to end. These awards are a testament to the CT team and our commitment to innovation in the legal and compliance space,” said John Weber, President and CEO of CT Corporation. “I would like to thank the AI Global Media judges for recognizing CT and the industry impact of UCC Hub.”
