Cheniere Declares Quarterly Dividend

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE American: LNG) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share payable on May 17, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2022.
