Alliant Adds Bernie Pfeiffer to Growing Pennsylvania Benefits Team

Pfeiffer to work with diverse client base, providing comprehensive, data-driven benefits strategies

Alliant Insurance Services continues to add top-tier talent to its growing team in Pennsylvania, hiring Bernie Pfeiffer as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. In this role, he will provide comprehensive, data-driven benefits strategies and solutions to a diverse client base.

Pfeiffer joins Alliant in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with more than 25 years of experience in business development and employee benefits consulting. He brings a multidisciplinary approach to the benefits process, combining strategic planning, data analysis, and customer service to deliver solutions that enhance employee experience, control costs, and improve organizational outcomes.

Prior to joining Alliant, Pfeiffer was a Partner and Vice President with a national insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. He also has extensive experience as a sales executive on the carrier side of the business, as well as in the medical device industry.
