The cash dividend is payable on September 13, 2024 to shareholders of record on September 2, 2024. This dividend is consistent with the previous semi-annual dividend and results in an annual dividend of $2.40 per share in 2024, representing an increase of $0.10 per share or 4.3% from $2.30 per share in 2023.
