Radienz Living, Inc., a leading provider of private label and contract manufactured household, laundry and personal care products, today announced the appointment of Herb Baer as Chief Customer Officer, effective November 3, 2025.

Mr. Baer will play a key role in advancing Radienz Living’s growth strategy and expanding its customer partnerships.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the consumer products industry, Mr. Baer brings a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong retailer relationships, and leading high-performing teams. He has held senior leadership roles at Nice-Pak Products, Polar Electro, Water-Jel Technologies, and Fujifilm, where he consistently delivered significant growth and led transformational initiatives.

Mr. Baer earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his master’s degree from Adelphi University. He resides in Mahwah, New Jersey and will be based out of the company’s facilities in Commack, NY and Mt. Prospect, IL.
