Once investors complete the My IPO account set up, the electronic subscription agreement and funding process will be provided as part of the investment flow. Due to regulatory requirements, this process requires a few more questions to be asked because investors are setting up an actual brokerage account.
  • Investors are not required to be accredited and any individual over 18 years of age is able to purchase shares at $15.00 per share.
