CSR Attains Bluetooth® 4.0 Qualification for its Range of CSR8600TM Audio Products

CSR plc (LSE:CSR) (NASDAQ:CSRE) today announced that all of its products based on the CSR8600TM wireless audio platform are now fully compliant with the Bluetooth 4.0® specification that enables Bluetooth low energy (BLE) functionality. Delivering a highly immersive, high fidelity audio experience, the CSR8670TM flash based system-on-chip, the CSR8645TM / 40 stereo ROM and CSR8620TM /10 Mono ROM platforms now enable OEMs who use them to promote their wireless voice and music products as being Bluetooth 4.0 compliant.
