(CNSX: JUJU.A, OTC PINK: GEATF) (the "Company") is pleased to report that its subsidiary, International Cannabrands Ltd. has entered into a sublicensing agreement with Black Ball Corp. (BBC), a distributor and manufacturer of novelty products, to distribute certain JuJu Royal™ products and Julian Marley designs (including logos and other branded imagery), marketing materials and packaging worldwide.

Black Ball Corp. is one of the largest distributors of rolling papers, posters, grinders, rolling machines and other smoking accessories and novelties to smoke shops in the U.S. They sell wholesale to retail stores nationwide. The agreement gives Black Ball the exclusive, worldwide right to distribute novelty and smoking accessory products using the Julian Marley and JuJu Royal brand. The agreement is for an initial term of 5 years and is renewable for additional five year terms at the option of the parties. Julian Marley and JuJu Royal branded novelty items and smoking accessories will now be available in smoke shops nationwide and where Black Ball distributes worldwide.

Select JuJu Royal cannabis products are now available in nine states with adult-use and medical cannabis laws and Puerto Rico, including California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Colorado. Pursuant to its distribution agreement with Maricann Group Inc. (CNSX: MARI, OTCQB: MRRCF), JuJu Royal cannabis products are expected to be available to Maricann's current customers on January 1, 2018. The Company also has CBD-only products in the U.K., the birthplace of Julian Marley. Starting in 2018, the Company intends to open their own "Julian Marley" dispensaries in U.S. states where adult use of cannabis is legally available.
