Super Micro "also announced that Wally Liaw, Sr. Vice President of International Sales, Phidias Chou, Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Howard Hideshima, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, have resigned." On this news, shares of Super Micro fell $1.82 per share or over 7% from its previous closing price to close at $22.83 per share on January 31, 2018. When the truth was revealed to the investing public, shares dropped causing shareholders harm.
