UPDATE 1-Exxon eyes Gulf of Mexico plastics plant to meet Asia demand

March 20 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil Corp said on Tuesday it was planning to build a plastics plant on the U.S. Gulf Coast as it looks to meet rising demand from Asia.
