Bates brings to the team ten years of experience in business, finance and start-up development. Prior to BounceX, she was the Controller at ShopKeep for nearly four years.

In her new role at BounceX, Bates will head up the financial department, including maintaining the books and financial statements, ensuring budgeting and tax compliance and scaling out her team.
