However, the company's most successful source of new employees are referrals from current employees. As a result, Oasis has an "Employee Referral Program" where employees receive $1,000 or more for any referral they make that is hired by the company. Last year the company paid more than $150,000 in referral bonuses.
To meet the company's growing personnel hiring needs, as an extra incentive, Oasis enhanced its Employee Referral Program to expand and motivate employee participation for a three-month hiring focus. In addition to the existing cash referral bonus, employees would have the extra incentive of being entered in to a raffle for tiered prizes.
The prizes started with an Apple iPhone and Watch for 10 hires, a computer with printer and accessories for 20 hires, 5-day/4-night trip for 4 for 30 hires, a 10-day Caribbean cruise for 40 hires and the grand prize of a BMW for 50 hires.
The program was an amazing success and the top level was reached! During the 90-day period employees recommended 210 candidates, of which 53 were hired!
As a result, Oasis will be holding a raffle drawing on Thursday July 19th at 1:00 PM EST at its corporate headquarters parking lot at 24 Hartwell Ave. Lexington, MA for the grand prize drawing of a BMW 3 series car
