He is a member of the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) workgroup that created the Experience API (xAPI), a big data for learning specification soon to be an IEEE standard that allows the collection of contextual learning activity streams from any of today's digital learning experiences. He is on the board of the IEEE xAPI Standards Working Group and is a published thought leader around effective xAPI and Learning Record Store (LRS) strategies for today's learning enterprise. Mr. Washburn's experience providing data-driven human performance analytics solutions will be instrumental in the development of 5th Logic's cutting-edge learning analytic technology.
