Lincoln Financial Group Names Lucy Gase as SVP, Head of Administrative Services and Strategic Support

Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today that Lucy Gase has been named senior vice president, head of Administrative Services and Strategic Support, effective today. In this newly created role, Gase will oversee the company’s aviation, facilities, corporate real estate, employee security, business resilience and human resources strategic planning functions, among other responsibilities.

Most recently, Gase served as senior vice president, head of Lincoln Financial Network (LFN) Distribution Transformation, where she had strategic oversight of LFN’s integrated technology and operating platform to enhance the client experience, as well as increase advisor and staff productivity. Previously, she held various leadership roles in Human Resources (HR) at Lincoln where she oversaw all strategic, financial risk management and technology planning efforts across HR and provided strategic support to HR leadership, including support for Board of Director activities and designing and delivering strategic programs. Gase also held senior leadership positions in LFN and various other Lincoln business units. She started her career with Lincoln Financial in 1976.

Gase earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. She has previously served on the boards of the Fort Wayne Montessori School, Stop Child Abuse and Neglect, and Community Harvest Food Bank. She is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Wayne program. She is a recipient of the YWCA Woman of Achievement Award for her professional accomplishments and community involvement.
