U.S. ready for ‘serious’ trade talks with China, says Trump adviser Kudlow

The Trump administration is ready to talk with China about trade, when Beijing is “serious,” White House adviser Larry Kudlow said Monday, even as he said he expects tariffs to be unveiled soon.
