In trading on Wednesday, the iShares US Utilities ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Public Service Enterprise Group, up about 2.2% and shares of Black Hills, up about 2.2% on the day.
