Charah Solutions, Inc. Announces APTIM Litigation and Arbitration Settlement

Charah Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:CHRA) (the “Company”), a leading provider of environmental and maintenance services to the power generation industry, announced today that it has reached an agreement to settle all outstanding litigation and arbitration claims brought by APTIM Corp.

Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed. The settlement amount is within the Company’s previously recorded reserve for outstanding legal claims accrued in its third quarter ended September 30, 2018.
