Q: What does being a Consumer Choice Award Winner mean to you? How did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?

A: To win our first Consumer Choice Award we are honoured to receive and be recognized from our consumers are knowledge for coffee equipment and service repairs. We continue to strive to offer high quality service to our customers with integrity

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: Since the year 2000, Espresso Dolce continues to build a customer relationship with our consumers. While being transparent we make an effort to educate and guide our customers to better understand their coffee equipment. Although we are a small team, our friendly family environment and our desire to help is what makes us unique from the others.

Q: Name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you? How did this person impact your life?

A: There have been some very good people that I learned from and guided me through my like
My dad, for his genuine love to raise a good family and hard work, I could not have done it without his wisdom
My Brother Samy, for his integrity and commitment to do the best for the family, friends and business
Howard Schultz inspired me to start a business and guided me to persevere against the no Sayers

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: Grow the business and be more proactive and give back more to the community

A: I think is our outstanding service and the commitment to a genuine desire to help others in their decision to buy our product or to use our service

A: Dedication to provide a good product and hard work

What gets you out of bed every day?... The knowing I have a great team in my shop and wonderful customer waiting to serve them
