U.S. Markets Surge as U.S. Delays Some China Tariffs

U.S. markets surged in early trading Tuesday with the Dow up 420 points (1.62%), the S&P 500 up 45.20 points (1.57%) and the Nasdaq up 162 points (2.07%) as of 10:50 am ET as the U.S. delays some China tariffs.
