Iran response was 'too fast and too furious' and there's a 'real danger' it could get out of hand

Tehran's retaliation against the U.S. killing of Iranian top commander Qasem Soleimani has come "too fast and too furious," said Alex Vatanka, senior fellow at the Middle East Institute.
